Navigating Transitions Spring: Norfolk

  • Bircham Rd, King's Lynn PE31 7NG (map)

A 4-day walking-talking adventure around the Norfolk Coast

Join a team of like-minded women for a hearty walk that’s rich with heartfelt conversation and opportunities for connection to yourself, others and nature.

This is a 4-day guided hiking trip, featuring nature connection activities, eco-therapy exercises, wilderness skill sharing and evening circle time.

Taking place over the spring equinox, this trip supports women to share with others their experience of change, mapped onto a beautiful walking route along a constantly changing coastline. Whether you’re starting a new job, ending a relationship or entering a new phase of life, we can all benefit from speaking honestly and listening to others. You’ll be heard and understood, and you’ll end the trip with a team at your back ready to support your next step.
