Navigating Transitions Autumn: Norfolk, 33 miles

  • Bircham Road King's Lynn, England, PE31 United Kingdom (map)

A 4-day pilgrimage exploring feelings around change, journeying along the Norfolk Coast.

Journey inside, outside, with ipse wilderness, on this nurturing exploration of liminal spaces; whether you are going through changes in relationships, work, life stages or physicality, this gentle facilitated walk will guide you through the shifting salt-marsh landscapes of this stunning coastline. By embodying through movement, the process of transition, as the earth tilts from summer into autumn, we use therapeutic activities, wilderness immersion processes and circle time to create a grounded connection with nature and other like-minded people, to engender a feeling of stability within the uncertainty of change.
