Canterbury Trails: Kent

  • Castle Hill Rochester, ME1 1SW (map)

Follow in the footsteps of the ancient English oral tradition, on our 4-day journey along the historic Pilgrims’ Way, using story-telling to share, inspire and 'shorten the road'.

Are you stuck in a rut? Treading water? Plodding along? Through purposeful movement and meaningful communication, we can free ourselves up to change the path of our lives, and start telling ourselves a different story. Using Chaucer's 'Canterbury Tales' as inspiration, we will listen to each others' stories, and through gentle enquiry and therapeutic exercises, step with courage into new ways of speaking our truth.

Route: Footpaths of Pilgrims’ Way and North Downs Way, through fields, orchards, & woods.

Accommodation: Shared rooms in B&Bs/inns. Single supplement available on request.
